How I Work
I start by diagnosing the real problem instead of reacting to symptoms. My work moves across strategy, delivery, design, and front end implementation, which lets me lead at the executive level while still contributing directly to the craft. I read systems quickly, clarify what is blocking progress, and help teams make decisions they can stand behind. I map services, architect workflows, write the content that unblocks policy, design interactions, build lightweight prototypes, and coach leaders through the parts of modernization that never show up on a roadmap. I embed with teams, focus on strengthening internal capacity, and work on the structural issues that create friction. My aim is to help a team ship well and then operate with clear practices, steady rhythms, and confidence long after I leave.
